Zagreb, April 16, 2025 – The first kick-off transnational project meeting was successfully organized by the Sport za sve – Zagreb (Croatia). The meeting brought together project partners from Športno društvo Endorfin (Slovenia) and Асоциация БИО мрежа / BIO net (Bulgaria) . This gathering marked the official start of the 18-month Erasmus+ Sport cooperation project. During the meeting, the partners collaboratively reviewed all key tasks, objectives, and project deliverables that will be implemented throughout the project’s lifecycle. Special focus was placed on defining clear roles and responsibilities of each partner, setting internal deadlines, and agreeing on the methodology for quality assurance, communication, and dissemination. The consortium also discussed the timeline for upcoming activities, including local implementation phases, training modules, and evaluation milestones. In addition, partners exchanged valuable ideas on how to ensure the long-term sustainability and impact of the project, especially in terms of promoting physical activity in local communities. The atmosphere was highly productive and collaborative, setting a strong foundation for the smooth execution of future activities. The meeting concluded with a joint commitment to maintain regular communication and support each other in achieving the project’s goals. The next /final transnational meeting is planned to take place in Bulgaria in June 2026.
