Its main objective is to improve the physical and mental well-being of employed adults aged 30\u201350, with special attention to management employees exposed to sedentary work, stress, and reduced physical activity.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">At the core of the project is AGLE \u2013 Adaptive Gymnastic Learning Environment, a structured and inclusive approach using gymnastics-based exercises adapted for adults.
